Who are we?

We are a group of UWA Master of Pharmacy students (Bri, Ali, Sam and Soph). As part of our course work we are undertaking a year long project that aims to improve healthcare in Western Australia. As Pharmacy students and workers we see a lot of scripts, and have noticed the lack of E-scripts, both in the Perth metropolitan area and in Broome. Having been taught about the benefits and convenience of E-scripts at Uni, we were surprised to see so few E-scripts being used in the community. This inspired us to take on a project that aims to help the average, everyday West Aussie understand why E-scripts are so great, and hopefully equip you with the knowledge and confidence to ask for an E-script next time you see your GP.
